| This agreement ("Agreement")
between You and d4c consists of these Services provided by destined4canada.com
(the "Services") Standard Terms of Services ("Terms
of Services"). A description of the Services, as offered by destined4canada.com,
is available at the "Services & Prices" URL, located
at http://www.destined4canada.com/terms.htm ; a description of the
Services Frequently Asked Questions ("FAQ"), is available
at the "FAQ" URL, located at http://www.destined4canada.com/faq.htm.
reserves the right to modify the URLs from time to time. "You"
or "Customer" means any entity individual person and/or
any agency acting on its (or their) behalf, which shall be bound by
the terms of this Agreement.

services as described in the section "Services & Prices".
A description of the Services, as offered by destined4canada.com,

reserves the right to modify the URL from time to time. |
| SERVICE CHARGE |
| All service charges as
described in the section "Services & Prices". |
| No Guarantee |
| Destined4canada.com will
make its best efforts to provide you accurate services deliveries.
But destined4canada.com does not guarantee the service delivery is
accurate. |
| Limitations of
Liability |
| IN NO EVENT SHALL EITHER
PARTY BE LIABLE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL,
INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT
OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF
THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND NOTWITHSTANDING ANY FAILURE OF
ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY LIMITED REMEDY. |
| Each party acknowledges
that the other party has entered into this Agreement relying on the
limitations of liability stated herein and that those limitations
are an essential basis of the bargain between the parties. Without
limiting the foregoing and except for payment obligations, neither
party shall have any liability for any failure or delay resulting
from any condition beyond the reasonable control of such party. |
| Payment |
| You agree to pay all applicable
charges under this Agreement, including any applicable taxes or charges
imposed by any government entity. If You dispute any charge made under
the Services, You must notify d4c.com in writing within thirty (30)
days of the purchase. After thirty days, all charges are final. |
| Refund* |
| Basic Service:

- Before we mail the request to CIC: Full refund less 30% administration
charges.
- After we mail the request to CIC: No refund will be considered

| Professional /
Deluxe Service : |
- Before we mail the request to CIC: Full refund less 30% administration
charges.
- After we mail the request to CIC but before we start to interpret
CAIPS file: Part refund ($60)
- After we start to interpret CAIPS file: No refund will be considered

| *All refund excludes PayPal's
and/or bank's transcation fee. |
| Privacy Statement |

governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute or claim arising
out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be adjudicated in
Brampton, Ontario, Canada. |
